East Sooke Park: Cabin Point Loop
South Island / Sooke
42 min driving from Downtown Victoria
Enjoy a stroll amongst the coast line and through wandering forest ways at one of Sooke's most popular trail networks. With well over 50 km of trails in total, this network keeps hikers engaged for years. The trail is easy to follow via a number of yellow arrowed placards, and is suitable for all ages and skill levels. Various viewpoints along this route offer immaculate coastline views which are reminiscent of the West Coast Trail, but with much less difficulty. Additionally, this trail network offers six major trailheads that hikers may begin their journey. Not far into the trek, ancient petroglyphs are well marked with trail signage.
